Biography
Beth Janser is an Adjunct Professor of Organizational Leadership at Palm Beach Atlantic University. Dr. Janser’s academic and research interests focus on ethical issues for leaders in nonprofit organizations and evaluating the impact of diversity (with a focus on generational differences) on business decisions.
Her doctoral dissertation focused on evaluating the relationships between age, race, and ethnicity in charitable giving to help nonprofit organizations better understand the motivations of their donors, leading to improved organizational efficiencies and effectiveness.
Dr. Janser’s professional experience includes leadership positions in the education, nonprofit, medical, and retail industries. She is skilled in program management and development with expertise in nonprofit administration, donor and volunteer engagement, marketing, and financial development. Dr. Janser has taught university and college courses on Organizational Behavior, Strategic Leadership, Organizational Leadership Concepts & Theory, and Principles of Management.
